Long, randomized passwords produced by a machine are the safest.
However, those are the ones that some employees despise the most. Because if you don’t utilize a password manager, they’re difficult to type in.
The problem is that a weak password leaves your company vulnerable to hackers. They can use brute force to crack short, obvious passwords, in which software tries every combination until it finds the right one.
